I am Maria Neversil (-Pavlicek), a freelance conference interpreter and translator, and member of AIIC, ASTTI, DÜV and Juslingua. Up to 2010, I worked mainly for the European institutions in Brussels and Strasbourg. Since then, I offer interpreting and translation services mainly on the Swiss market, where my customers include various government authorities, the Federal Criminal Court and the Office of the Federal Prosecutor, cantonal judicial authorities, the Swiss newspaper NZZ, countless private companies and many of Switzerlands’ leading film festivals.
I have been a certified court interpreter for the Canton of Bern since 2014, and teach conference interpreting at ZHAW in Winterthur. My fields of specialty include law, medicine, dentistry, the pharmaceutical industry, railways, agriculture, film and TV, art and culture.
